Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Westboro, Massachusetts area. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with managing vendor relationships, processing check runs, and undertaking other project-based work.Responsibilities: Managing and processing Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinating and executing check run processes Accurately coding invoices for payment Processing and reconciling account transactions Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting Operating and maintaining Oracle and SAP systems Conducting correspondence with vendors as needed Participating in special projects as assigned.
