Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team located in Westborough, Massachusetts, 01581, United States. The primary function of this role involves managing a high volume of accounts payable across multiple subsidiaries, using software systems such as Concur. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the accounts payable inbox on a daily basis. Utilize Concur and Tipalti for automated accounts payable processing. Handle manual accounts payable processes when required. Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Support month-end responsibilities as needed. Ensure minimal ramp-up time by quickly familiarizing with our accounting functions. Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for managing and integrating the financial data. Perform accrual accounting tasks as part of the role. Implement account coding for organizing financial information.
