For more information please contact Rob.spencer@randstadusa.com.salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of accounting, including Accounts Payable, financialstatements preparation, bank reconciliations, account analysis, cash management, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliations. You will oversee the Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing, vendor management, timely disbursement of payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies. You will lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial staements, collaborate with cross functional teams to gather relevant financial data for reporting purposes. Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between the company's records and bank statements, conduct detailed account analysis and provide insights into variances and trends and making recommendations for improvements as needed. Manage and forecast cash flows and cash transactions, preparing journal entries, reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accurate consolidation of financial information, and ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Skills
