Accounts Receivable Clerk

Do you have accounts receivable experience and are you ready for your new work home? This well established, Westfield company offers a diverse work environment with a great team that offers room to grow. Temp-to-hire with a pay rate is $17- $18 per hour.

In this role, you’ ll assist the A/R manager with daily accounting tasks and will act as that individual’ s back-up in their absence. Some tasks include the following:

• Assist with scheduling and assigning daily work, A/R check request refunds, and timecards
• Record information about financial status of customers and answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts
• Process and apply check payments
• Maintain control for month-end Excel spreadsheet work to assure credibility

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
• At least 2 years of A/R experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
