Key Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY: The Lead Adobe AEM developer will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Translate business requirements into well-architected, maintainable solutions that best meet the needs and desired outcomes of the business• Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates.• Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases• Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse• Strong communication skill and ability to interact at all levels including management level communication.• Self-managing and ability to lead project solution end-to-end.• Mentor and coach less experienced team members• Ability to recommend and present solution with justifications to management and related teams.• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, co-workers, and managers• Perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines• Demonstrable experience with large-scale systems• Other duties as needed or required.

Required:• College degree in Business, MIS, or related discipline• 7+ years of experience implementing Adobe AEM and AEM as a cloud Service• Expertise in J2EE development• Experience with Full Stack AEM to include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React• Familiar with DevOps and Cloud Manager best practices• Experience integrating Adobe Cloud Services is a+ (Target, Analytics. AEP)• Experience with object-oriented design and design patterns• Experience building, deploying and supporting Internet-facing applications• Attends additional training as requested/deemed necessary
