CGI, founded in 1976 on the concept of creating an organization focused on delivering results and exceeding client expectations. CGI is looking for an Agile Coach to guide project delivery teams. The Agile Coach - Trainer is responsible for collaborating with key resources (including PMO, HR and IT) to develop, deliver and assess metrics-based training, coaching and mentoring throughout the enterprise in support of business and information technology agility. You will coordinate the delivery of agile based activities and lead the development project team to implement iterative releases driven by the program. You will provide 'change agent' leadership in the area of agile standard methodologies and transformation for the teams in the organization using the SAFe® Framework.

Your future duties and responsibilities• Lead the coaching of multiple, distributed teams collaborating as ARTs, and lead Agile transformation at a program/portfolio level.• Provide direct support in larger projects and SME support to all other teams to drive Agile at an enterprise level.• Coach RTEs, Product Owners/Managers, Scrum Masters, and team members towards performing at their highest level and transitioning away from waterfall processes.• Follow the latest agile trends and evolutions of agile and articulate a vision; Participate in Agile knowledge communities; continuously share and improve related practices and knowledge.• Build and drive organization-wide Agile adoption strategy and rollout plans• Embrace servant leadership and embody the qualities and approaches that are associated with agile methods.• Enable the continual improvement of software development projects. This includes better predictability of scheduling, improvement of efficiency, emphasis for quality of delivery commitments.• Coach towards improving agile processes and metrics.• Help with new Scrum team setup or evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams.• Deliver training classes as part of coaching for roles including product owners, developers and testers.• Develop and evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements.• Gather feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials and content.• Guide the organization towards Agile maturity by organizing workshops and presentations.• Bring disclosure and transparency to the business and earn the trust of the partners.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Strong Agile PM experience and 2+ years working in an Agility training/coaching role with exposure to large organizational transformations• Enterprise-level Agile and organizational change management experience a significant plus• Solid background utilizing an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, SAFe) in software development• Strong oral, written, and presentation and interpersonal skills• Experience independently transitioning software teams to a variation of Agile process.• Solid technical software development and delivery background, along with experience coaching and mentoring software teams on Agile process transitions.• Experience in creating and delivering Agile training/workshop• Able to handle conflict resolution well, facilitating discussion and alternatives of different approaches• Experience with standing up and guiding Lean Portfolio Management• Experience with standing up new Agile Release Trains and constantly improving existing Agile Release Trains• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification; Safe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) Certification and SAFe certified• Fluent in SAFe and hands-on experience with Agile/Safe teams• Ideally, experience with SAFe rollout / SAFe Enablement• Ability to create approaches from high level direction on a topic• Outstanding presentation skills and ability to lead a transformation work thread (probably comparable to RTE skillset)• Outstanding Power Point skills - a must - ability to create story boards, attention to detail, etc.• Experience with JIRA / JIRA Align, and other Agile tools• Experience with Change Management concepts and implementation (probably don't need extensive sine we have Julie but would be good)• Sensitive to environment, looking for a good fit in newly merged organization with fast changes, need for adaptability, being aware of stakeholders, etc.

Communication and Leadership Skills:• Communicate and presents information clearly, concisely and with confidence.• Presents solutions and articulates their impact to technical management.• Ability to adjust messaging to fit the needs of a variety of audiences.• Ability to lead and mentor developers and peers individually or in small teams

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTBS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Organization Leadership, or a related field and 8+ years in the use of Agile methodologies and supporting tools

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $84,000-$157,000
