Agile Digital Transformation Coach

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Transformation Enabler / Coach to join our growing team. The SPC major responsibilities are to facilitate the Agile Product Led Design thinking and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. Help implementing lean agile, design thinking & product led principles and practices across organizational business units to deliver large scale homogenous solutions crafted by dedicated groups of teams. Provides mentorship and leadership in program design & execution. connect with stakeholders, increase impediments, help handle risk, and drive steadfast improvement. We are seeking a candidate who has validated leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

Your future duties and responsibilities• Core member of with the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) on program execution and operational excellence (see Lean Portfolio Management)• Ensure the accurate use of scrum, Kanban process supply to Iteration (sprint) Planning and drive iteration goals via user story prioritization• Leads Program Backlog refinement to decompose/estimate stories• Define the success and optimize the flow of value by handling program level processes, execution, and continuous improvement• Summarize Agile sprint Objectives• Mentor leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and attitudes• Understand and operate within Lean Budgets and ensure adherence to Guardrails• Help prioritize data, pivot teams and hand hold teams post transformation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role Product led design thinking experience is required.Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and Lean principlesSAFe Agile experience is good to have 3 + years of Utility experience is preferred

Desired Qualifications: UX/UI, Digital experience is desired.Advanced Communication and Leadership SkillsExperience planning, developing and delivering enterprise-level solutions under challenging conditions

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
