As an API developer, your principal responsibility will be to design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects as part of our enterprise digital transformation/Interoperability initiative. These APIs will be the foundation of our data pipeline for analytics. The right candidate will be a hands-on developer, ready to rapidly develop prototypes and codeKey Responsibilities • Ensuring state of the art coding and patterns with Mulesoft API architecture • Providing security, high availability, and scalability of documentation • Testing and performing automation in an Agile product development environment • Serving as an expert on microservices within the interoperability team, while collaborating with application solutions teams Core Strengths • Comfortable designing for large, fault-tolerant, and scalable-distributed systems • Working experience on MuleSoft any point Architecture components and API Led Connectivity principles • Experience in CI/CD • Familiar with a broad range of storage and database technologies, messaging systems, and modern web-based technology stacks • Demonstrated ability to explain your design choices to both management and engineers • Experience with modern, scalable database technologies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Additional Skills and Knowledge• Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience • 10+ years of experience in software engineering field • In-depth knowledge
