Application Developer Sr Advisor

Job DescriptionThe Senior Advisor Application Developer will be responsible for supervising and mentoring the technical Clarity and Rally app developers, positioning development teams for success, while developing solutions and delivering essential values for our customers. Responsibility will include providing day to day leadership, management and coordination of all technical development activities pertaining to IT and Business projects, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure development goals are met. Proactively provides coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams for best practices, continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives. Will lead 6 Advisors, Application developers.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in Clarity software development and system integrations. - PMP Certification- 7+ years experience with Java, JasperSoft and Gel Script- 7+ years experience with MS Access and Excel

EducationA Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering
