Administer User AccessMaintain User Access List with Identity Management (IDM)Assist with Application User Entitlement ReviewsAssist with Disaster Recovery ExercisesQuickbaseAdminister User AccessMaintain User Access List with Identity Management (IDM)Assist with Application User Entitlement ReviewsAssist with Disaster Recovery ExercisesSYSEMWAREThis is a new Service Center app that will replace two existing apps.The following is an extension of the DEVELOPMENT team.Assist with their Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as assist with New App deployments.DEV-OPS - SupportDownload and install Newer Versions of the DST app(s).Assist with troubleshooting any testing issues that may come up with the new version of the app(s). Sometimes working with the vendor to solve an issue.Coordinate SCCM scripting, testing and deployment.Assist with various Service Center Change Control initiatives.This can encompass a few things. Upgrading Software on a server, updating specific files related to custom code, edit batch files etc.SYSLOAD – Process maintenance and monitoring. (this is part of the TA2000 Desktop process)
