Are you a patient or primary caregiver? (paid research session)

Global design company IDEO, www.ideo.com/about, is speaking with Rhode Island and Massachusetts-based patients and primary caregivers about their experience navigating healthcare– what matters most, what you prioritize, and what your current experience looks like. We’re looking for a wide range of perspectives to provide feedback on early concepts around patient engagement (you do not need to prepare anything beforehand).

Who:

- Rhode Island and Massachusetts-based healthcare patients

- Rhode Island and Massachusetts-based primary caregivers

What: One or more research activities, which could include the following

- 60-minute individual research interview (in-person OR remote)

- 90-minute group research session (remote)

- Remote diary study

Where:

- In-person sessions: Rhode Island and Massachusetts

- Remote sessions: virtually via Zoom

- Remote diary study: remotely via a digital platform

When: November 17th - December 5th, 2025

Compensation (upon completion of activity):

- Individual research interview: $100

- Group research session: $150

- Remote diary study: $50
