Armed Patrol Supervisor (MA-LTC required)

Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to hire Armed Patrol Supervisor who are friendly, professional, and have customer service and security experience. Due to the nature of this position, prior law enforcement and military are preferred.

Work shifts: Part-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates that have flexibility with second, and third shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent

21+ years of age

Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle

MA-LTC (employment or no restrictions)

Verifiable training in "how to shoot" (military or law enforcement)

2 years of law enforcement or military or security experience

Capable of following complex instructions

Knowledge of security operations and procedures

Flexible work availability

Command presence

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Personal cell phone (to call on and off duty with our dispatch center)

Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments)

Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check

Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:

Maintain access control to a secure facility

Maintain a fully accurate log during your shift

Report Writing

Conflict management/resolution

Emergency/Incident Response
