Responsibilities:

1. Identify and cultivate relationships with residential clients seeking driveway asphalt repair or installation.

2. Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and provide accurate quotes.

3. Educate clients on our asphalt repair and installation processes, addressing any questions or concerns.

4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

5. Utilize effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications:

1. Proven sales experience, preferably in asphalt, concrete or construction related industries.

2. Strong understanding of asphalt repair and installation techniques.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

5. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Education:

High school diploma required; additional sales or business-related education is a plus.
