Assembler (Security Clearance Required)

Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionJoin our team as an Assembler where you will engage in the fabrication or modification of RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity. Your duties will include the installation of connectors, substrates, components, and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies, often utilizing paste and sheet epoxies. You will perform surface mount fine pitch and through-hole soldering, working with miniaturized tools such as tweezers, fine screwdrivers, and soldering irons. Additionally, you will be responsible for attaching wires to load cell tabs by following schematics or wiring diagrams, ensuring high quality and output consistently. This position operates on first shift hours from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Shift6:00AM - 4:30PMPay$37.31/hourSkills

Previous experience in electronics/microelectronics assembly

Ability to work 10 hours under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and other similar tools

Good computer skills to support retrieval of drawings and work instructions

Active J-STD-001 Certification

Good dexterity and eye/hand coordination

Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings

Ability to work in a diverse team environment

Good interpersonal, teaming, and communication skills
