Associate Director, Business Systems - Boston - $160-190k

A growing post-IPO biotech company that is targeting cancer therapeutics seeks to hire an Associate Director, Business Systems to architect, build and maintain enterprise systems for scientists, clinical teams, and clinical informatics groups.

Your background:

  • You are an expert in GxP and have a depth of experience Architecting, building and maintaining enterprise systems in an R&D environment within Biotech

The work you'll be doing:

  • Working alongside scientists, clinicians, and other key stakeholders to provide the best enterprise systems for their needs
  • Utilizing Microsoft 365, Veeva and Ignite
  • Define the strategy and architecture for enterprise data storage, standards and tech
  • Maintain current Information Architecture
  • Provide technical support, primarily for GxP-validated computer systems
  • Ensure systems are validated in accordance with regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11)
