Additionally, the role leverages analytics, insights, and market intelligence to evaluate performance, optimize marketing effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies to meet evolving business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of an integrated marketing plan and drive execution (40%)Create and deliver core disease state and branded materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy Develop field sales materials and programs with consistent pull-through of messaging Serve as a brand champion by helping train, motivate, and inspire the commercial team to bring the brand strategy to life while keeping the voice of the patient central to executionBuild and execute comprehensive digital marketing and non-personal promotion strategies (40%)Align with brand objectives, focusing on HCP engagement, awareness and activation across various media channels including programmatic, custom units, social media, paid search, CRM, etc.Support the brand planning, tactical planning, and budget management process to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budgetCollaborate efficiently and effectively with agencies and cross-functional partners including sales, training, medical affairs, analytics, legal, and regulatorySupport development and implementation of measurement plan for marketing initiatives (20%)Utilize advanced analytics, qualitative insights, competitive intelligence, and field feedback to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and refine strategies as needed based upon evolving business needsOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.
