Automotive Service Writer/Advisor

Position (1): Assistant Service Writer

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with service needs, create service orders followed by invoices via computer (will train), schedule appointments, communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process, help manage shop workflow and maintain organized service records, order parts, return parts. Customer service or automotive service writing experience preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, positive attitude and team-player mindset. Basic automotive knowledge is a plus.

Position (2): General Auto Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on variety of vehicles, work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently, keep work area clean and organized, communicate clearly with service writers and other technicians, solid mechanical knowledge and some diagnostic ability

Must have own tools

Must have valid driver's license
