- Support all AV troubleshooting including videoconferencing and audioconferencing systems, digital screens, projectors, and other related equipment.
- Troubleshoot cameras, microphones, laptops, and desktop PCs
- First and second tier support, including troubleshooting applications, operating systems, and network issues, answering questions regarding application use, and installation of software
- Setup and configure AV technology
- System maintenance and updates as needed
- Support for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Canvas, and Panopto
- Daily and weekly testing and preventative maintenance
- Provide short term solutions to reduce down-time
- Communicate ongoing issues to the team and escalates as necessary
- Develop and update configuration documentation
- Document all instances of support in ServiceNow
- Other duties as required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting video conferencing equipment and software
- Experience supporting MacOS and Windows
- Ability to work independently and see ticket resolution through from start to finish
- Ability to present technical concepts in non-technical language
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or web content management
