Profile Summary:

The AVP of Digital Product Management will be accountable for leading and setting the strategy for the Voya Business to Business (B2B) Digital Products, including Sponsor Web, TPA Web and Voya Professional (for Advisors). This is defined by multiple, complex digital applications leveraged by different end user groups (employers, sponsors, advisors, intermediaries, internal teams, etc.). The AVP will be ultimately accountable for the aligned Digital solutions and the Digital backlog. A large technology investment ($5m+) is typical and the AVP of Digital Product Management is accountable for ensuring the outcome meets the needs of the business and our customers.

Profile Description:
  • Accountable for the Digital Products that support the assigned portion of the digital experience (B2B)
  • Accountable for Digital outcomes from approximately $5m of annual investment in technology solutions
  • Development of a Digital Product Road Map / Advocate for needed Digital investments that aligns to business and customer needs
  • Support sales teams when an overview of Voya Digital capabilities and Strategy as needed
  • Provide updates to business leadership (SVP / VP)
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • BS / BA degree
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies
  • 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience
  • Strong written/verbal communications skills and comfort speaking with senior levels

Please Note: This position allows remote work from home but will require travel to our Voya office as business requires. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius from your assigned office.
