Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Barber/Stylist to join our team. Daniel Craig Barbershop, located in Hampden, MA, is not your run of the mill Barbershop. We’re a throwback to when customer service and pride in your craft was the American standard. We offer men’s and kid’s cuts of all styles, hair types, and latest trends for our customers who come not only from Hampden but also from the surrounding cities and towns in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be licensed and have a passion for barbering and excellent customer service skills. Our goal is to have everyone leave not only with a great haircut but feeling like a valued client.

Responsibilities:

- Perform haircuts, styling, and grooming services for clients

- Provide beard trims and shaves for clients

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools

- Assist with retail sales of hair care products

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Skills:

- Proficiency in barbering and hair styling techniques

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Experience in retail sales, particularly related to hair care products is a plus

- Ability to manage store operations or front desk duties

- Maintains a barber license
