Description We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Property Administrative Assistant for our office in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This role is vital within the real estate and property industry, where you will be required to handle customer applications, maintain customer records and resolve customer inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and provide high-quality customer service. Schedule and set up appointments for residents. Review residents' income and request necessary documentation. Send out verifications of residents' income information. Operate Real Page Onesite software for managing resident data. Maintain confidentiality while dealing with residents and encourage them to come in for appointments. Exhibit understanding and patience while dealing with senior citizens as well as families. Stay organized in a high-volume paper environment. Manage both paper filing and electronic filing systems. Track paperwork and work orders diligently. Requirements Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in answering inbound calls, adept at handling high call volumes Previous experience in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing appointments Ability to handle work orders efficiently and accurately Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of resolving client issues promptly Familiarity with the real estate and property industry, understanding of its operations and terminology Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent qualification, a degree in a relevant field is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently when required Willingness to adapt to changing work environments and schedules Detail oriented demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and superiors.
