ACME MacDougalls’ has the above position opening. Individual will be responsible for monthly invoicing and collections. Other duties include posting payments to customer accounts, periodic reporting for sales/service staff and fuel sales reconciliations. The business is situated right on Falmouth Harbor. Position offers competitive salary and full benefits.

Perform scheduled billing work as assigned. This includes monthly billing, A/R collections and preparing reports for Customer Service Representatives.

Manage time effectively due to month end deadlines.

Maintain a spotless and clutter free work area and practice good housekeeping.

Perform other duties as assigned.
