Your role will involve working with the lead bookkeeper and office staff invoicing customers, collection of open invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
A/R & A/P for several service-based businesses and a small portfolio of real estate. Record all transactions in
QuickBooks and/or dispatch software.
Reconcile accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
Maintain and implement bookkeeping processes to maximize efficiency.
Work closely with team leaders to ensure financial organization and success.
Prepare and assist with preparation of financial reports with analysis.
