Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Boston MA

Client: Boston Mutual

Experience:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance testing, software development, testing, project management, and/or business analysis is required.
Experience in various testing methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Test Driven Development)
Group Benefit insurance industry experience a plus

Knowledge Requirements:

Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
Ability to closely follow standards, processes and protocols
Ability to act as a liaison between the testing and development teams
Ability to lead the testing of custom technology solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build and extend relationships
Ability to prioritize competing priorities and multi-task a variety of requests simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills
Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
Self-driven, highly organized and very effective time management skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree is Information Technology, Business Management or a related field preferred
