Business Analyst – Product DevelopmentThis is a contract opportunity.This is a hybrid opportunity in Framingham, MA (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).About this PositionAre you a proactive problem-solver passionate about process improvement and cross-functional collaboration? We're looking for a Business Analyst to support integrated business solutions in product development. You'll play a vital role in analyzing complex workflows, driving the adoption of best practices, and delivering measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is eager to understand the “why” behind every process.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex, cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements.Facilitate the design and delivery of end-to-end process, technical, and organizational solutions.Partner with SMEs to align expectations with project progress and outcomes.Support all phases of implementation—requirements, testing, training, and functional configuration.Drive creation and execution of business analyst deliverables including process maps, data flows, and test plans.Skills/RequirementsProduct development experience or experience as a PLM Admin preferred.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Ability to create use cases, data flow diagrams, requirements specs, and testing documentation.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Additional InformationHybrid work schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remoteMay require limited travelDuration: Contract assignmentTools used: Adobe Creative, PLM systemsPay Range$26–$33/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
