Quadient’s Product Operations team is the connective tissue of our 600-person Product & R&D

organization. We set the operational rhythm of the business — from how we plan and prioritize to how

we measure, communicate, and improve. As Business Analyst, you’ll be a core member of this team,

turning data, process, and tooling into clarity for Product leadership and cross-functional partners.

This role is right for someone who is equally comfortable building a performance dashboard and

drafting a leadership communication — someone who spots a broken process and moves to fix it, not
