Business Development Manager, Global Finance Real Estate

This role is based in New York City.This position offers a competitive compensation package of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional commission opportunities.Applications will be accepted through June 23, 2025, when the listing closes.Your RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will report to the Commercial Director for Real Estate Events. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and manage accounts for sponsors. Your expertise may also be utilized for other events within the Global Finance vertical as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue GenerationSecure sponsorship and exhibition revenues aligned with portfolio needs and personal targetsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of forecasted opportunitiesNew Business DevelopmentIdentify and qualify strategic selling opportunitiesTarget key markets and clients for business expansionRelationship ManagementDevelop and nurture key accounts and existing client relationshipsIdentify and convert cross-selling and up-selling opportunitiesProposal CreationCraft high-quality proposals and contracts to facilitate the sales processProvide innovative solutions based on a deep understanding of event inventoryCross-Team CollaborationPartner effectively with internal Marketing, Operations, and Production teamsEnsure accurate delivery of client and event requirementsMarket ExpertiseBuild a comprehensive understanding of the Real Estate marketStay informed about clients and competitors in the industryBrand RepresentationAttend key competitor events to showcase our brandBuild valuable connections within the industryYour ImpactAs a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sponsorship revenue growth for our Real Estate events.
