The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for executing daily operations to achieve company production and manufacturing initiatives. Additionally, the Manufacturing Technician adheres to the policies and procedures of the company and works to ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Execute all production tasks with focus, attention to detail, integrity and diligence;

Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping;

Perform all duties in strict compliance with all local and state regulations;

Perform accurate weighing and inventory tracking throughout the production process;

Execute QA/QC procedures as instructed;

Ensure compliance with all sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times;

Operate, maintain, and store equipment as needed;

Maintain current and up-to-date knowledge of facility safety and security protocols;

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as required;

Other duties as assigned;

Attend work regularly as scheduled;

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older;

Team-first attitude, honest, consistent, and high attention to detail;

Ability to follow instructions;

Ability to learn, understand, and abide by all company policies and procedures;

Work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment;

Basic organizational and planning skills;

Basic software and computer skills;

Basic math skills;

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, as scheduled

Ability to work with hands on fine-motor tasks for extended periods of time

Ability to work with hands on fine-motor tasks for extended periods of time

Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds

Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a work day

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions: general office environment; work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.

$17 - $19/hr, DOE

Work Location: Worcester, MA
