Chief Retail Banking Officer

Description Our client is a Community Bank and they are looking to bring onboard a Chief of Retail Banking Officer to the team. This position is located in the North Shore of MA.This role requires a seasoned manager to oversee retail banking operations, including personnel, sales, service, product development, and compliance. Key tasks include developing a deposit growth strategy, leveraging branch networks for lending, and monitoring industry trends to maintain competitiveness.You will evaluate existing banking products for enhancements and manage the ITM/ATM fleet. Cost control, budget creation, and marketing plan implementation are other key responsibilities.Collaboration with business partners and team management is critical, along with adherence to corporate policies and banking regulations.Requirements You should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of retail banking experience, and expertise in employee management, sales, service, operations, digital strategies, and compliance.
