Job Description:

Atlantic Design Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. This position will focus on site design, including grading, stormwater management, and erosion control. Primary responsibilities include the design and management of land development projects, preparation of plans, stormwater calculations, permit applications, public presentations, and construction documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local permitting processes in Massachusetts, and survey experience is preferred. Preferred Qualifications:

3 – 5 years of civil site design experience

Site layout, grading, stormwater, utilities, septic, erosion control design

Strong client/permitting agency communication skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, HydroCAD, Civil 3D, GIS and other engineering software

Survey experience a plus

EIT preferred.
