- Work closely with the project sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and budget.
- Define and establish guiding operating principles for workstream to adhere to.
- Developing a resourcing plan to ensure success for each workstream
- Manage a project team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- dentify Risks and appropriate mitigation plans
- Oversee vendor selection and management activities.
- Address and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure robust and timely communications of general project status, risk mitigation plans, critical issue action items and decisions needed and/or made.
- Manage budget.
- Oversee one to many projects and a full complement of technical and subject area experts.
- Oversee and report on the activities of all project tracks
- Ensure activities are aligned to program goals and priorities.
- Qualifications include 5-10 year of project management in a hospital environment, with at least 2 years of managing clinical engineering projects.
- Familiarity with biomedical and clinical engineering equipment is required, while integration with Epic is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in health sciences or related field.
- Experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience with biomedical devices.
- Proven experience in program management.
- 7-12-years experience leading large enterprise-wide projects
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a large team or teams.
