While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.It is your hard work and dedication that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve ItROLE SUMMARYThe Clinical Supply Distribution Solutions Lead is responsible for the core solution development, delivery and maintenance within the scope of the Clinical Supply Distribution operations within the Medicinal Sciences Global Clinical Supply (GCS) organization. This includes all aspects of project delivery, support specification, and application maintenance. This also includes technology support for all distribution related external partnerships including contract logistics organizations and clinical supply related aspects of our clinical site operations. Key technologies in the scope of this role include our Clinical Supply Distribution System (CSDS) and our Interactive Response Technology (IRT - Impala and Impala 2.0), as well as all systems and technologies supporting these areas. The Clinical Supply Chain Solutions team will be a key partnership for this role, and will be the source of a shared resource pool in the delivery of Supply Chain solutions.This Lead will be a member of the WRD Core Solutions Leadership Team.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with Client Partner organization to understand digital strategy and associated project requirements.

Lead and deliver the business technology digital and technology solutions for the Clinical Supply Distribution.

Establish strong relationships with key partnering D&T organizations in order to strengthen delivery of cross-functional solutions.

Partner closely with Global Product Development Solutions D&T, as it related to Clinical Site interactions and technologies.

Establish strong working relationship with Enterprise Platforms and Security D&T for all solution and service delivery.

Execute technology strategy in alignment with Digital and WRDM product roadmaps.

Partner closely with Clinical Supply Chain Solutions lead and team.

Participation in regulatory inspection and audit activities as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in scientific or IT discipline

7+ years progressive experience successfully designing, delivering and maintaining IT business solutions for large-scale global organizations

Mastery of software/solution delivery life cycles, including experience in GxP environments

Proven ability to build and manage relationships and communicate effectively with senior-level business executives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

History of successfully managing to financial goals, both in own area, and in support of a larger entity.

Skilled at / experience in working with IT vendors to create win-win relationships as part of software acquisition and implementation

Skilled at / experience in leading an agile development team and projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious Clinical and/or Clinical Supply experience
