Manage the subcontractor labor compliance closeout process to ensure all Federal and State requirements have been met.

Act as the liaison between 3rd party consultants, subcontractors, and clients Labor Compliance Team to closeout projects that have achieved Construction Completion.

Assist with obtaining the documentation required for external certified payroll compliance reviews and other 3rd party labor compliance requests.

Monitor the Tax Equity Tranche process to coordinate the labor compliance teams deliverables and ensure submissions are complete prior to the tranche funding dates.

Process requests for specific labor compliance reports associated with the Federal IRA and State Solar Program guidelines.

Responsible for closing projects in clients compliance platform, capturing all required data points, and ensuring all required documentation is available for reporting at the different project funding milestones.

Coordinate with the Deployment Project Managers in identifying subcontractors that have submitted final payrolls and met all the necessary labor tracking requirements, then advise on retainage release requests.

Assist with the issuance of labor compliance details to subcontractors, add and assign subcontractors to Projects within clients compliance platform.

Attend compliance meetings and trainings specialized in IRA Bill compliance, DOL payroll training, and apprenticeship requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma at a minimum, associate degree in Accounting is a plus.

Proven track record in labor compliance oversight.

3+ years experience reviewing payroll for prevailing wage compliance.

Must have strong computer skills, specifically with email, Word, & Excel.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Experience or working knowledge of construction industry preferred.

Experience or working knowledge of the following platforms is beneficial but not required:

NetSuite, Procore, SalesForce, SharePoint
