Construction Laborer

Help Wanted: Laborer for Small Excavation Company

We’re a small, hardworking excavation company located in Sandwich looking to add a reliable Laborer to our crew. This is a hands-on position working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Duties Include:

Assisting with site prep and cleanup

Trenching, grading, and pipe laying support

Operating small tools, equipment and assisting equipment operators

Following safety protocols on active job sites

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

Dependable transportation to job sites (primarily local)

Preferred but Not Required:

Class A or B CDL license

Hoisting license (2A/1C)

Knowledge of sitework work practices

Knowledge of septic systems and sewer installation
