Description We are looking for a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in the Shrewsbury Massachusetts area. The role involves managing and maintaining client contracts, processing change orders, and ensuring consistent billing and financial reporting at project levels. This role is crucial in liaising between customers and project managers, and requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: Enter and manage change orders in our ERP system Maintain comprehensive project-related records, including contracts and change orders Prepare and revise client invoices, ensuring effective client relationships Submit project invoices regularly and accurately Liaise between the customer and the project manager, acting as a primary point of contact Implement process improvements to the billing cycle as agreed upon Coordinate with Project Managers to adjust invoices, including change orders and retention adjustments Review and prepare waivers, both conditional and unconditional, and final ones Oversee the collection of unpaid invoices Audit project completion of billing and collect on retainage Coordinate project-related responsibilities as needed.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role Proven experience with Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Billing, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing is essential Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP Experience in managing contracts such as Customer Contracts, Maintenance Contracts, Vendor Contracts Familiarity with AIA Billing and AIA Documents Demonstrable skills in Project Management and Standard Project Management Experience in the Construction industry, including Construction Accounting and handling Construction Documents Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is preferred.For immediate consideration reach out directly to me please. 508-205-2127 Eric Lebow Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
