RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Contracts Manager in Wellesley Hills, MA. The Contract Manager reviews and negotiates a variety of procurement contracts for the procurement department.

Duties Include: Manages governance process for select vendors including: supplier outreach, scorecard development and meeting facilitation RFX development and execution, contract negotiation support and documentation Assists in procurement projects Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including IT contracts and service contracts, statements of work and other vendor contracts Act as main contact for a number of key vendors Craft persuasive arguments to influence external parties during negotiations Manage the contract negotiation process Monitor contract compliance in accordance with agreed terms Maintain vendor database, supports KPI development and tracking Actively assists with vendor reviews and dispute resolutions including vendor issue log tracking and facilitating issue closure Manage quarterly business reviews for key vendors; Participate in vendor meetings Understands and tracks performance of organization's spend, supplier market, costs, and tiers of vendor Actively contribute to the improvement of contracting processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Identify and escalate to responsible attorney those issues which require legal advice Assist in the maintenance of a contract management system Work with other teams (e.g., finance, tax or legal) on contract requirements Collaborate cross-functionally to meet procurement needs Performs additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Business, Administration, Law, or related field 5 years of experience in contracting, contract negotiation Experience as a contract manager or in a related position and experience negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including IT contracts Experience working with vendors and service providers on the purchase of a variety of services, and technology Proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts with a variety of vendors, suppliers, and partners Advanced knowledge of contract lifecycle management Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
