Controller - PRE-IPO Life Sciences

Description My client, a PRE-IPO Life Sciences company in Boston is looking to hire a Controller to join their team. The Controller will report to the CFO and oversee all of accounting for the company and assist with taking the company Public. Compensation for the position is $200-225K + Bonus + Equity. This company is doing really well, is looking to go public in early 2026, has a great pipeline with most in phase 2, offers a ton of potential and a hybrid working environment. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related

8-10+ years of Public/Private Accounting experience

Life Sciences experience

CPA is required

IFRS and GAAP experience required
