Cook III

A Cook III prepares food to the highest standards of quality and presentation as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.  You ensure that station opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard and keep workstations clean and organized throughout the day.  A Cook III conducts themselves in a safe and efficient manner ensuring that there is no interruption to service.
