- Design, develop, and execute testing for CRM components and integrations used to enable administrative and ancillary processes
- Analyze business requirements and technical design
- Develop test strategies and plans and test cases and scripts (automated and manual)
- Test execution and tracking
- Metrics reporting
- Assisting clients with user testing
- Enhance testing function by identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements
- Participate in projects that require Salesforce.com or vendor packages that run on Salesforce
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience with QA Analysis and Software
- Experience preparing test cases and creating planning and test strategy documentation
- Experience executing different types of testing from functional (negative, break-fix, A/B), regression to system-wide testing
- Ability to understand and translate requirements and instructions into happy and non-happy path test scenarios
- Experience with the Salesforce.com platform
- Experience triaging/troubleshooting issues and impact analysis
- Familiarity with testing as part of software development lifecycle and enterprise integration frameworks
- Understanding of project management concepts and frameworks such as Scrum, Prince 2, waterfall, or agile development methodologies
- Experience working on projects/issues of medium to high complexity
- Skilled with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or LucidChart
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with basic SharePoint functionality a plus
- Experience with ITIL or equivalent Service Management framework and ServiceNow a plus
