Description Robert Half's Client in Middleboro, MA is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to their team ASAP. Here is what you'll be doing:Duration: Contract with potential to go permHours: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM 100% onsitePay: $20-$23/HRResponsibilities:-Answering phones and taking orders in a professional manner-Quick learner with minimal training required -Filing-Basic math and some excel skills-Quick learnerRequirements Must possess experience in the manufacturing industry Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required Excellent customer service skills are essential Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary Ability to work effectively in a team setting Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure Must be able to handle customer queries and complaints professionally Experience with CRM software is beneficial Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
