Customer Service Representative

Description Our client in Westborough is looking for a customer service representative to join their team! The customer service representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers and responding to inquiries in regards to health plans, discussing eligibility, plan offerings, price points and more! Helping to make selections on what plan may be best for them and what is covered. Where: Onsite- Westborough! When: July 15thHours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pmDuration: Contract to Hire Pay: $18 p/hr If interested, please apply today!Requirements Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience in handling switchboard phones, ideally within a range of 1 to 10 lines Knowledge of health insurance industry, including key terms and policies Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members Previous experience in a call center environment, ideally within customer service Familiarity with medical benefits, and ability to explain these to customers effectively Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
