Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our retail team based in Woburn, Massachusetts. The role will focus on providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will be working in a call center environment, addressing customer inquiries, and processing data entries.Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and effective manner. Input customer information and order entries into the system with accuracy and attention to detail. Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to maintain customer records and schedule appointments. Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service procedures and standards. Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure customer account monitoring and take necessary actions based on account status. Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated with the latest retail industry trends and best practices. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures. Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. Demonstrated skills in providing top-notch customer service. Experience in data entry and order entry tasks. Proficient in email correspondence, handling customer queries, and providing solutions via email. Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks. Retail industry experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays if required.
