Customer Service/order Scheduling

We process surface coating for Aerospace and Military and are ooking for individual with computer skills with ability to schedule order ship dates as well as communicate information to customer based via email, phone call, etc. Skills to be used in this position will be

Microsoft Teams Meetings

Manage Inbound and outbound shipments using computer software information provided accurately and timely

Provide customer service and sales support to meet each customers individual order needs

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Will Train for this position. M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
