The Data Analyst coordinates with other analytics, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. The Data Analyst’s work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.Responsibilities:• This role is responsible for developing, preparing, and maintaining quality data analytics that will be utilized by leadership and management across various settings and promote new opportunities for the organization.• Reviews requirement and analyze.• Responsible for data documentation and reviewing.• Responsible for data profiling and data analysis• Responsible for preparing data mapping document.• The Data Analyst leverages its advanced knowledge of data, modeling, optimization, and tools.• Applies disciplined analytics to predict behavior and optimize programs and products to maximize revenue growth.• Understands and analyzes complex data, articulates to various units within the company at the appropriate level, impacts the businessRequirements:• 5+ years’ experience as Data Analyst or Business data analyst• US Healthcare experience is mandatory.• Experience in FACETS systems is mandatory.• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.• Preferred technologies such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Hadoop, or similar tools • Data Interpretation skill• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy• Excellent in SQL, Excel, Analysis.• Should have a very good understanding on data, tables, relations.• Ability to use appropriate problem solving, research and analysis tools + Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions + Strong attention to detail + Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications + Excellent written and verbal communication + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
