Data Entry Clerk

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Framingham, Massachusetts. Operating within the non-profit industry, this role will require a meticulous and organized individual to handle various data entry tasks and customer service duties.Responsibilities: Inputting data from various sources into the company database, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Handling email correspondence with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks, including organizing files and performing calculations. Ensuring customer credit records are up to date and accurate, taking appropriate actions when necessary. Processing customer credit applications, ensuring all information is correct and complete. Scanning and organizing files as part of record keeping duties. Utilizing 10-key skills for data entry tasks. Typing information from paper files into the digital database. Requirements Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is a must. Demonstrated experience in Customer Service required. Prior experience in Data Entry is essential. Ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word is a must. Experience in Organizing Files is necessary. Ability to Perform Calculations accurately. Proficiency in Scanning documents is required. Excellent Typing skills are essential.
