- BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft environments and the ability to troubleshoot AD, Permissions issues, Shares, GPO's etc
- Good understanding of Layer 2 and 3 networking with some experience troubleshooting networking and/or bandwidth issues
- In Depth overall Experience working within and managing Data Center environments

- Advanced communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management, customers, etc., including diction/terminology and presenting information in a concise and effective manner to clients, management, and various departments using assorted communication mediums.
- Provide leadership and drive to ensure that Operations teams consistently meet their objectives.
- Manage Day to day tasks and prioritization of incoming work
- Perform scrum management role within daily standups as well as managing and prioritizing backlogs
- Meet regularly with key stakeholders to ensure needs and expectations are being met.
- Complete management responsibilities to include performance management, hiring and coaching of staff, and resource planning.
- Maintain a regular focus on continuous improvement.
