Day1 onsite HR Security Admin/Service Management

This is day1 onsite Boston, MA HR Security Admin/Service Management

• Monitoring HR Security Mailbox
• Providing access management support including provisioning, deprovisioning, password reset in the lower region environments for HR applications (Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo Archive, UKG Pro)
• Analyzing business requirements, creating stories, designing, building, and delivering solutions
• Documenting iterations during development process and building the inventory; facilitating knowledge transfer through proper documentation.
• Providing Security admin support during seasonal release by Oracle and UKG and during the environment refresh
• Working with Sailpoint team to update AIF form (Sailpoint Identity IQ) when the security roles are updated
• During projects, working with OKTA and IAM team to coordinate the security support model / assistance
