We have an urgent long-term opening with one of our largest clients for a position of Desk Side Support, to work in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be required to have strong experience in providing customer-facing end-user support that includes break-fix support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and associated hardware peripherals. - IMAC assistance, including large-scale and bulk office moves, as well as re-stacking activities (for all moves). Along with supporting the operating system, base load software, Microsoft Office suite, and other business programmes, the candidate will also be expected to support imaging devices (print/scan/copy/fax), which includes printers and MFDs. The applicant should also have the ability to resolve access-related issues with smart cards, passwords, and security, application configuration and troubleshooting, and general inquiries, and provide support for the mobility devices (iOS, iPhone, and iPad).
