- Prepare workstations / work environment for employees to return to work
- Hardware set up - some sanitation may be required
- Only includes hardware set up, not repairs
- Providing a team to assist with employees returning to office
- Deskside support for all end user computing
- Plug and play set up issues, headset / phone set up, connecting to printers
- Reimage devices as needed
- L1 to L2 tech experience preferred
- Prior industry experience required
- Excellent all-around communication skills
- Great organizational and customer support skills
- Must possess solid analytical, communication, and technology skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, not intimated by new or complex situations
- Must be a self-motivated individual with a willingness to work well with others on a regular basis
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
