We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Deskside Support Technician to join our client for an on-site position.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate return to office scheduling with admins / employees
  • Prepare workstations / work environment for employees to return to work
  • Hardware set up, this can include some sanitization and only includes hardware set up not repairs
  • Setup computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations at their desk / office
  • Connect the computer to the Waters network (internal and wireless)
  • Perform post-setup testing to ensure proper functionality
  • Expedite support for related requests & issues
  • Deskside support for all end user computing
  • Plug and play set up issues, headset / phone set up, connecting to printers
  • Reimage devices as needed
  • Provide a courtesy follow-up call
  • Resource should have good customer support skills
